12th December 2008 was Ayesha first birthday. But we managed to have the celebration on the 21st December 2008 at our place. Many relatives dan friends were invited. Food were prepared by Rizal nd Kak Sena. As usual her Pak Jang was good of making the party more attractive with many windmills all around the corners.

This year Aidil Adha was celebrated on the 8th December 2008. It was raining all the day and I couldn't join the surau's member for the korban. We just celebrated at home since I was still busy with my proposal.
Managed to cook the ketupat pulut and rendang. Here is what my ketupat looks like...

Aidil Fitri 2008

1st October 2008, Aidil Fitri 1429H has begun. Time to forgive and ask for forgiveness. Moment of joy and togetherness. Not to forget - the "rumah terbuka" season!!!
This year is Permatang Pauh's turn. Colour theme is orangy brown or perang keledek. I don't know how to describe the colour...
Family pictures were not proper this year since Kamil didn't want to pose for the shot. He sprained his knee the night before and complained he couldn't walk properly. But according to the doctor he just needed attention from others.
It rained continuously two nights before raya. This year we just visited 5 houses.

A miricle on my house fence - a grape vine has already beared its fruit. But the plant was grown up by the neighbour and it crept on my house fence. So funny, it just beared 3 bunches of grapes on my site. Though the fruit has a little bit 'jerawat' and small in size, but it is sweet.

9th October 2008, Kamil turns 5 and Khair is 4 years old on this day. And today is my 46th birthday. But the celebration was in advance during the 4th day of Raya since all uncles/aunties, grandma/pa and cousins were around.
Yesterday we had dinner at Penang Village and today, with conjunction of the Raya celebration at their school, we contribute another birthday cake for them to enjoy with their new friends...

Our third child, baby girl named Humaira Ayesha. Born on the 12th December 2007 at HUKM, 11.05 pm of nearly midnight. Not normal delivery, the mother went through caesarian when the baby was not properly engaged and the placenta went down. She is G6PD deficiency, so the body system will not tolerate with certain intake, especially kacang parang and chemical with silicylic acid.

Raya Open House by Tn Hj Abdul Majid's Family

Thursday 8th November 2007, my family members shared an Open House function in conjunction with Raya celebration. Many relatives and friends around Klang Valley turned up. Most of the dishes are prepared by us - soto, lontong, mee rebus, spaghetti, pasta and kuih as dessert, like pulut seri kaya and lopis. Not to forget, mum's ketupat jagung specially imported from Anak Bukit and of course its partner - sambal ayam Che Ah prepared by my sister. Sate and cendol were ordered to add the food varieties. Kira semua tu habis licin, hati pun puas and berbaloi with the effort we put. Well, Raya next year??? Tunggu jer........ It's the relationship bonded between us that really matters!!!
